Please select the appropriate option below and fill out the information required.  If additional faculty signatures are required, you must also download the applicable form (found on the Honors Forms Webpage), provide the form (via email or hard copy) to the faculty member for their signature, and you will be required to upload the signed form here (e.g. Thesis/Capstone approval forms, Course by Contract forms).  You do NOT need to obtain signatures from the Honors Program before submitting forms, as the approval process is now built into this online submission system.

Degree Works for students graduating current sememster:
Please feel free to email honors@unco.edu after you have submitted your honors course declarations to indicate that you would like priority processing so that you can apply to graduate.  Please look up graduation application deadlines on the UNC Registrar's website (Current link: https://www.unco.edu/registrar/graduation/graduation-undergraduate-apply.aspx). Please also complete the form to indicate you are graduating this semester so that we can include you in the commencement program listing that is handed out during graduation.  You must declare your intent to graduate prior to September 20 in order to be in the Program at graduation. You also must apply to graduate, AFTER you ensure that all of your degree requirements are met, including the sections within Honors (except the Portfolio, Capstone and Professional Development boxes may be unchecked when you apply).
