Admission Expiration
The admission offer is valid for one calendar year following the first day of the applicant’s proposed semester of enrollment e.g. if student is admitted for fall, which starts August 18, student will have till August 18 of the following year to enroll. If a student does not begin course work during that one year, the student will be required to submit a new application with the appropriate processing fee, documents, and formal review to satisfy the new admission requirements.
Change of Admission Term
Applicants are admitted for a specific term. Upon approval of the program, applicants are allowed to change their start term only ONE time by submitting the Change of Term Request form within the year following the first day of the applicant’s proposed semester of enrollment. If the program has a specific start term (fall only, spring only or summer only), applicants are allowed to change their application to the next term the program is offered without submitting a new application and application fee. Applicants who request two or more changes of term requests are required to complete a new application and will be assessed the application fee for each request.

We can ONLY process your deferral request for summer 2019 or fall 2019. We will process change to a term in 2020 as follows:
- Spring and Summer 2020 changes will be made after June 1, 2019
- Fall 2020, changes will be made after August 20, 2019
