University Libraries at the University of Northern Colorado welcomes purchase requests from people with an association with UNC. Please note the following:

• Requests for databases or journals will be handled on a semi-annual basis. Jennifer Leffler, Head of Collections & Discovery, will contact you about any requests that cannot be handled immediately.
• University Libraries works with several vendors through a series of set processes. Once an item is delivered, it needs to be processed for our collections. Please plan on a month or longer for your request to be available.
• Due to fiscal year constraints, University Libraries stops placing orders in March each year, and then orders can again be placed late July.
