A completed application and letter of recommendation for each of the awards described below should include how these individuals represent the core values of UNC Fraternity and Sorority Life as well as their organization’s core values.

The letter of recommendation should include specific examples of what these people have done that makes them stand out and a list of accomplishments and activities they have been a part of. All letters must be submitted by the due date via email to patricia.hartley@unco.edu (no binders or hard copies).

Integrity Statement: Every chapter is expected to present and compile information that is true of their chapter from the past year (January 2022 – December 2022). Any chapter found to have provided false information in any section of their application will be disqualified for award recognition and taken through the University Conduct Process.
