Thank you for your interest in UNC's Faculty and Staff Housing Program. We have housing available for incoming staff on the upper floors of Lawrenson Hall. Lawrenson Hall is a 17-story high rise and offers two bedroom apartments with a kitchen. Each apartment is furnished as shown in the images below. All furniture that you see in the diagram will be furnished for you, including standard twin beds, dressers, desks, living room sofa, and chair. The kitchens contain a sink, refrigerator, and an oven with a range.
